Envy 360 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am trying to connect 2 external monitors to my envy. I had one connected directly without any problems. I bought a Hiearcool 11 in 1 USB hubs and connected the 2nd monitor to the hub and connected the hub to the micro usb port. Now the new monitor works off of the hub but the existing external monitor is no longer detected. This one is connected directly to the laptop, as it has for months.  Can anyone help?

@Mark224 HP does not recommend using non powered USB hubs as it draws more power than the laptop can provide, I suggest getting an external powered usb hub instead, or alternatively, exclude the hub and connect one monitor via HDMI and the other via USB, although the set up entirely depends on the device you have and here's what I need to confirm the same:
