Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 (2D117AV)

I have a Dell Dock and it works well with my Dell Laptop. I'm trying to extend my display but nothing is working on Window 11. Can someone please help?

Your laptop has a single HDMI out port.

 

You can attach an external monitor or tv to it using an HDMI cable.  There will be no lag.

 

You can project your laptop to any WiFi enabled system such as TV or Monitor with WiFi adapter
Some TV are smart but others need a dongle such as ROKU or Microsoft.

It will work fine for anything except games.
