Microsoft Windows 11

I am having issues with my two external monitors (HP M24fwa) when connected to my Pavilion laptop via a docking station which is plugged into the laptop by USB-C cable.

I have tried a HP Universal USB-C Multiport Hub and another docking statoin with the same result. Both monitors switch on and off intermittantly, no stability. Just a message on the screens stating 'Input Signal Not Found'.

I have an external keyboard which is plugged into the docking station and this works fine.

Another thing I have tried is using another laptop which I use for work and plug this into the docking station and the monitors work fine with no issue and screens stable. It only seems to be my Pavilion which has the issue the last few weeks. Prior to this it worked fine.

The laptop was sent away to HP but they were unable to replicate the issue. And they have seen a recording of the issue, but they were unable to help.

I have tried a factory reset and once complete i plugged it back into the docking station. In this instance the main laptop screen was mirrored on both the monitor screens and was stable. When I went to extend the screens the issue returned.

Anyone able to offer any advice as I am at a loss.

Thanks
