Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there, 

 

I want to use two external screens. I connected both screens to my laptop, but it doesn't work. One of my screens is always the same as my main screen and I want to use my screens as extensions. 

 

I am using the Targus ACP71EU as a docking station. 

 

Can someone tell me how to fix this? Do i need to buy something extra?

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps that should fix the issue.

 

  1. Update the HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)
  1. Intel® Driver & Support Assistant  the Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics, drivers 
  1. Windows Update.
