Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2 with Audio
Hello,
I have a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 laptop. I recently bought a docking station (HP Thunderbolt 120w G2). Let me remind you that the cable connecting to the computer is type C (without the second part).
When connecting the cable to the laptop it does not react at all. The white light should come on in the top cover, but there is no reaction. In various forums they write that this is because my laptop does not support this type c, please confirm if this is the case, and will it help if I use a type-c to USB adapter?
In this docking station, only a small light from the power cable is visible. All drivers downloaded and installed
