Hey guys!
Been rocking out to this notebook (HP Pavilion x360-14-cd009la with an Intel UHD Graphics 620) for almost two years now and it's great, but lately I've been running into some issues. While using Office apps I get parts of my screen blacked out by moments, sometimes that happens when I try and use the snipping tool as well. So in an effort to keep my softwares up to date I downloaded Intel's DSA, the DSA app keeps telling me that my videocard software needs to be updated (Currently rocking out to build 26.20.100.7926), but when I try to download the update, a pop up states that my notebook has custom drivers and this may interfere.
Can I update my video card drivers? And if so to what build?
Or is anything else interefering and causing the blackscreens?
Stay safe!
