Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs0000ne

Hello, I have a HP pavillion 15-cs0000ne, and according to the product specifications, it supports both USB-C PD and USB-C DP alt mode. However none of them are working, I can charge and use DP on my other HP laptop but not on this one.
