Product: HP EliteBook 850 G8 Notebook PC (1G1Y0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
I'm trying to use the display capability of my laptop USB-C port to display on a USB-C monitor (FYI the power capability is functioning).
My laptop HP Elitebook 850G8 with USB4 type C Thunderbolt (Display Port 1.4) is supposed to be compatible for Display Port Alternate mode. When connecting to the PHILIPS 273B9/00 monitor (USB-C Display Port 1.2) I could not display anything.
I had the following message "Display connection may be limited" which does not help to solve my issue.
I have updated driver(s) through Windows update and HP Support Assistant.
Any idea what is going wrong and could help to sort my issue?
Thanks,
ManuNeu
