Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I used to be able to connect my Pavilion 15z-eh100 to external monitors like the Dell U2419HC via a USB-C cable, but no display is detected anymore. The laptop still receives a charge from the USB-C cable, and the USB-A ports on the monitor still transmit mouse and keyboard input, but no display and the monitor goes to sleep.
I've held F5 and the power button for a full minute while powered off and unplugged, and nothing changed.
I've swapped cables, and nothing changed.
I've reinstalled graphics drivers from HP website and nothing changed.
I'll take any suggestions you might have. Thanks in advance.
