Product: Elitebook 840 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have an Elitebook 840 G8 as a brandnew one. Running Windows 10. I installed every Driver and Bios what is provided. I can´t connect an LG 32 UD89-W  Monitor via USB-C Thunderbolt. Display is regognized by Windows and by the Intel grafik Drivers but Display shows no picture. After a while it turns off because no signal. My older Elitebook X360 g2 works fine with the monitor via usb C ( Thunderbolt) I also bought new Thunderbolt cables, but it changed nothing. Other Devices like an USB C Pocket Docking work. I only want´t to connect directly without a Docking Station. What is the issue?
