Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd1000 (460Q3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi all! My HP Envy x360 is supposed to have a Thunderbolt USB-C port. However, when I plug any cable into it (such as my laptop docking station or even just a standalone USB-C to HDMI cable), it doesn't seem to recognize it. I have tested the cables with other USB-C devices, so I know that the cables themselves work.
I checked Device Manager and the USB Root drivers and the Thunderbolt drivers are all up to date and claim to be working properly. Could this just be a broken hardware issue or is there a possible other fix? This is a relatively new laptop and I'd really like to be able to connect it to an external monitor.
