Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ep0000 (730S3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have two HP Z 22n monitors connected to my HP 14inch Laptop. Only one of the monitors (the HDMI to HDMI laptop port) is displaying laptop monitor. The second monitor (HDMI to USB C laptop port) is not picking up any displays. Monitor shows, VJA, HDMI are both inactive. All cables are connected correctly and have worked on two other laptops but not this new laptop.
I have tried all suggested trouble shooting approaches i.e. cables connected correctly, monitor powered on, drives installed and up to date etc. Nothing has worked.
Can you advise any additional steps to try resolve? Thanks.
