Hello,
I have a HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G10 that I'm trying to connect to more than 1 external monitor.
1 external display works fine via the HDMI port, for the second I need to use USB C to Displayport, but no matter how I try, the external display is not recognized.
I tried with:
- 2 monitors, both working with Displayport and HDMI with another laptop
- HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2 (5TW13AA) which provides DisplayPort out and HDMI out - both not working. Should be compatible according to https://pcb.inc.hp.com/webapp/#!/ww-en/contents/2101746333?type=L&hierarchy=F&status=L&status=O . USB devices and USB PD are working.
- USB C to DisplayPort cable, Thunderbolt 4 and Displayport 1.4 according to its specs
- USB C to DisplayPort cable, Thunderbolt 3 and Displayport 1.4 according to its sepcs
- USB C to HDMI cable, Thunderbolt 3 according to its spec (cheap china cable)

I actually tested my HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G10 to connect to my HP USB-C G5 dock (5TW10AA) and NO PROBLEM connecting 2 external monitors (from the dock - direct DP and direct HDMI)
I also use my HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G10 to connect two USB-C Dell monitors using daisy chain and no problem so far
Regards.
