Hi all,

 

As the title states, my USB-C to HDMI adaptor is not working (Product: SWU711A/27). When I connect my external monitor via this adapter, I get spammed with notifications about the USB device malfunctioned the last time it was used. I opened Device Manager and found that USB 2.0 Billboard apparently does not have a driver and one cannot be found online. This issue appeared after my hdmi cord was returned after my mother borrowed it. How do I fix this problem?
