Product: HP Laptop 15s-fq2535TU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i got the USB C to HDMI A cable from Cable Creation (Product Number - CD0455) and tried to use for dual monitor but Windows is throwing error that port reset failed. I checked the drivers and it's up to date.

 

Please can you guide on how to get it working ?

Note that i already tried with Windows 10 - 64 bit but it did not work.

It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine
  • Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter
