Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1013np

I have a HP Pavilion 15-ec1013np. The USB-C to VGA adaptar (Benfei) don´t reconize any monitor.

I've tried two monitors. They work in other laptops with VGA connection.

I've tried three USB-C to VGA adapters.

 

The HP Pavilion 15-ec1013np support the USB Type-C DP Alt Mode (Video output function)?

Does this laptop work with an external VGA monitor?
