Hi

I'm a NB G8 255 Ryzen 7 5700u Win 10pro user.

I've bought an USB C to VGA adapter.

When I plug it and connect the external monitor, it doesn't display anything.

I also tried to use extension or duplicate functions... noone works.

Is there something I have to do?

Thanks

Alberto

@Albesco

Its specs

             https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06955650#AbT8

which clearly says it has

               (1) USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 (data transfer only) port

Therefore you can't use it for video out. In short: monitor won't work.

Regards.
