I recently bought a USB-C to multi-port hub to connect to a BenQ monitor.
I can't get the HDMI port (on the hub) to work. I can't connect to the monitor.
The USB port (on the hub) is working - I managed to connect my mouse. But I can't get the HDMI port to work.
Please can someone help? Please feel free to assume that I know nothing.
