Hi there,

I bought a HP Laptop Model 15s-fq5212TU and wanted to add an external monitor so I purchased a HP USB-C Dock G5 but it won't detect the external monitor.  I have plugged the cable from the monitor into the display port in the dock and plugged the dock into the laptop.   What am I doing wrong?  I am a computer novice! So any help would be appreciated!  Thanks
