Hi,

As I see from my specifications here : https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c07119646#AbT1. I should have 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge)

However, when I connect external display via USD Type-C, it does not work. I have tried the same connection via Type-C on my other notebook Fujitsu Lifebook U728, It worked just fine.

Please help 🙂

Actually, I have plugged-in and out several times and it suddenly worked, but then stopped again.. Works just perfectly smooth on my other laptop Fujitsu Lifebook U728. So I wonder if its the port itself or some driver issue?

Please use USB-C monitor OR using native USB-C to DP cable. That should help.  Not all USB-C ports are the same.

Regards.
