USB typeC support display ?

14- CD0008TU X360 i3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have  14- CD0008TU X360 i3 laptop with a broken screen. 

The HDMI port does not work until goes into windows. Is the USB 3.1 Type-C support display?

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 1 HDMI; 1 headphone/microphone combo; 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s); 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Data transfer only) Using a USB-C adapter can carry video.
