Hi,
My HP Pavilion Laptop 13-bb0xxx when plugged in to a Dell UQ2720 monitor via usb-c gets charged but it does not output video signal. I does work with HDMI but I bought this laptop for the usb-c single cable setup. I have enabled Higher Resolution vs read/write speeds in bios via usb-c so it should work.
Any cables I can buy ? I am using the Dell provided usb-c to usb-c. It works well with other laptops.
Cheers,
Gabriel

Your machine should have same ports as the following machine
HP Pavilion Laptop 13-bb0000ne
You should be able to connect 2 external monitors to your machine
- Mon 1: Using HDMI 2.0 port to HDMI monitor,
- Mon 2 : Using SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge with USB-C to USB-C monitor OR USB-C to DP monitor with USB-C to DP adapter (no middle man). You can also daisy chain to another monitor.
Regards.

Hello Mr. Banhien,
Yes, I can use the monitor with the laptop Display Port to Display Port, but I want to use it Usb-c to Usb-c so I can have a single cable setup. Can you link me propper cables for this or teach me what settings to adjust in the BIOS or Windows 10 ?
I have tried with Usbc-to display port, no signal.
I have tryed with Usbc hub to Usb-C cable, no signal, only charging.
Thank you,
Gabriel
