Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J6AV)

Hello, 

I am trying to connect a second external monitor to my laptop.

 

I have the first monitor set up via the HMDI port. The second I am trying to connect via the USB Type-C to HDMI converter that works perfectly in my work HP laptop.

 

Appreciate any help or advice,

Not all USB-C ports are the same. What is your Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J6AV) ?  Please use the following way to find out:
