Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm totally unable to download any drivers as the page gets stuck on loading.
How can i solve? I use the serial number for the search.

Hi:

 

HP has retired support for your notebook's model series since it is more than 10 years old.

 

That is why the support page is not responding, and HP hasn't gotten around to completely removing it yet.

 

The good news is you can find the drivers you need from this reputable 3rd party driver website...

 

HP G62-b99SL drivers for Windows 7 64-bit (driverscollection.com)
