Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi, I currently have problems with my GPU, as I cannot find any compatible graphics driver. I tried installing the one available at HP Support and Drivers, but my laptop keeps BSOD-ing, with the message VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (atikmpag.sys). There was also a time that I forgot to turn off updates, and I had another BSOD. I booted to safe mode and I saw that Windows automatically installed AMD Radeon 6470M for me. What is the Graphics driver for my laptop? Please help, I am stuck with this problem for three days and I need my laptop for my school works. Also, I currently use a VGA and it is hooked up to our TV, as the monitor is black.

HP Elitebook 8460P is a series of many models/products. Can you see AMD Radeon 6470M in Device Manager after Windows updates ? HP supplies the following AMD Video Driver and Control Panel driver for Windows 8.1

Yes, and apparently it does not work. I also tried the link that you have provided me, but it caused another BSOD.
