NVIDIA Quadro M1000M graphics card indicates that HDCP is "not supported" in the NVIDIA Control Panel, and thus I can't play iTunes movies on it.  I can switch back to the Intel integrated graphics, but why isn't HDCP supported on the NVIDIA?

I'll post more if this post takes.  I wrote a longer post and this site dumped it and lost my work.  Grr!!!!

What Is HDCP?

HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) is a form of Digital Rights Management (DRM). DRM protocols are designed to protect content creators and distributors against piracy. Different companies and industries use different protocols, but the basic premise is the same: DRM locks purchases you make to you and your devices. When you buy a movie on iTunes and can only play it on devices with your account, you’re experiencing DRM.

Some hardware and software support HDCP and some don't therefore you have to use hardware or software which do not support HDCP or you have to crack which is not allowed to discuss on this forum.

Regards.
