I have zipped up and attached the driver you need below.

Download and unzip the driver to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager, click on the asd device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

I can go on with this all afternoon, but I believe this is enough proof of that being the correct driver.

The only other suggestion I can offer would be to try installing the W10 chipset driver directly from the AMD website which has this driver inside the file someplace.

Select the 1st fil listed under the W10 64 bit driver section.

Good day Paul

The AMD ASD WB64A zip worked. I was told a different download sequence below and worked. I not sure if it the type of Laptop/computer.

  1. Install the Driver Manually:
    • Unzip the downloaded file to a folder.
    • Open Device Manager.
    • Right-click the device showing the error (ACPI\ASD0001).
    • Select Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers.
    • Point to the folder where you unzipped the driver.
    • Ensure "Include subfolders" is checked, then proceed with the installation.
    • Restart your system after installation.

 Thank You

Eric

You're very welcome, Eric.

Sorry, but I don't see anything different in the procedure I gave you to install the driver.

But glad that whatever you did this time worked.

Cheers,

Paul
