Product: Spectre x360 -15 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The performance of the webcam on my new Spectre is very poor.  I've noticed that only the generic Microsoft driver from 2006 is installed.  I've searched all over the net for the correct driver.  The HP support page does not offer a webcam driver among all the available drivers.  There must be a more contemporary driver for the camera!  Has anyone found a driver for this webcam?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam is not working on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Most of the HP computers use the Windows built-in drivers and there will be no specific drivers for the webcam from HP.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check whether the issue is resolved.
