Hello, i bought my laptop in 2012 with Windows 7 i later upgraded to windows 10 because HP told me too, my camera stoped working then. When i go to the sofware update for cyberlink youcam for windows 10 on the HP website, it only has softwares up to windows 8, when is the windows 10 softwares for this model going to be available, if not is there another model or sofware of cyberlink youcam for windows 10 that can be compatible with my Laptop.

HP will not be releasing any W10 drivers for your notebook's model series.
They would have done so over 3 years ago.
Here is the official HP support policy for W10...Your notebook was made before the August 2013 cutoff date.

There is a W10 Cyberlink YouCam software file you can use.
It will install, but I have no idea if it will get the camera to work. If it doesn't get the camera to work, that would be due to there being no W10 driver for the webcam your notebook has.

Thanks for the help i installed the Software of Cybelink Camera that you gave me, the camera still doesnt work but the program showed me that i need a camera software for it to work. When I did the update to windows 10 on device manager my camera setting changed from HP Truevision HD to SPCA 2082 PC Camera. In my opinion i think i need the software HP Truevision HD software for Windows 10 compatible to my computer of course. Heres a photo of the situation im explaining to you. Also my imaging device doesnt show HP Truevision HD, it shows something else, that also says its not working properly.

However, there are no driver downloads for that device, so unfortunately, there isn't anything else I can do to help.
You are not alone with this issue.
