Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (28Z28AV)

In March, I received the update above, I presume for my laptop (rather than for my HP laser Jet 1020 which HP no longer supports).

However, I've never been able to get it to install. All my other installations from other manufacturers have not been a problem.

Have other members had a similar problem and been able to resolve matters?

I look forward to any advice and thank you in anticipation.
