Product: HP ProBook 430 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
I used Microsoft Intune to roll out Windows 11 23H2 to a small test group with no reported issues, so I then expanded the rollout to all HP Probook 430 G8 models in our org (50+ devices).
Since the rollout, I've had multiple reports of the following graphical issues:
- Flickering screen
- When using multiple monitors, one of the screens is blurry.
- When on a Microsoft Teams call, the screen goes black for a short period.
I'm assuming there is an issues in the display driver that is causing an issue with 23H2. Can anyone advise if this is a known issue, and what can be done about it?
