I have recently updated my driver to the 18.5.1 Radeon (AMD graphics) and ever since I've had a 'jittery' laggy screen. I completely reset my laptop, clearing all files. I did an extensive system test (turning off, spamming F2 and letting it run for 48 hours. After 7 loops, everything 'passed' - before I decided to cancel repeating the test, so as to use my laptop.
Below is my Diag report including graphics/ visuals. Hope someone can help me sort this and thank you in advance. Admdittedly I'm not too clued up on tech, so thought here would be the best place to come.
