Can i buy an external screen replacement and equip it to my laptop? I want to upgrade from 60 to 144 fps if possible.

Not possible, HP does not offer 144 hz supported display and cables.

What if i buy it from another website? I found a lot of screen replacements with 144hz and 30 pin is it possible to use?

I can't recommend that, HP doesn't offer 144 hz display for this model and I don't really think you can put one in, you have to look at the width of the screen, and see if the cables match the ones used for the webcam.
