I am upgrading my ssd . I found new ssd with heat sink  like 1) xgp s40g 512gb with heat sink

2)WD sn750 with heat sink

Can i use this ssd with heat sink or i need to remove the heat sink which is removable part of this ssd ? Is there enough space that i can use the ssd which comes with heat sink like the ssd mentioned above

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA installed on the PC. 

 

Click here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05527167 to know more about storage. Refer to 2 Chapter 1 Product description

 

NOTE: HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.
