Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had purchased ViewSonic TD 1655 portable touch monitor. When i tried to connect it via USB C port(HP Victus 16 -e0xxx), only the touch was transferred, no audio or video was transferred. It is not detecting the monitor by itself. I have to connect both the USB c port and the HDMI port to get all three together. I tried the secondary Monitor with my friend's HP Pavilion, and it worked fine in detecting the device via UBS C with touch and A/V transfer. I have checked the USB drivers, they are up to date. No issue was found in the device manager. Downloaded the Viewsonic driver (it was provided in the windows update tab when i tried to update, still did not work, even after downloading and restarting the laptop).
