Product: HP Dragonfly Pro Chromebook 14 inch (889U5AV)
Operating System: Chrome OS
USB-C connected to an HDMI adapter that connects to an EPSON Home Cinema 880 projector. When viewing Netflix content from the Chrome Browser, the projected screen is black once previews are over. Audio is fine though. AppleTV+ content displays image and sound, but a pointer image remains in the center of the screen. Using the Incognito browser tab allows Netflix content to stream no problem. The internet connection is strong. I did not have these issues with my Acer.
Support staff have suggested doing a PowerWash.
Any advice or links to this issue from the support community is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
