The warranty status of my laptops is “Active” in UAE however, when I claimed warranty the claim was denied / rejected by the HP.

 

Following are the serial numbers of the laptops;

1- [Personal Information Removed]

2- [Personal Information Removed]

3- [Personal Information Removed]

 

I purchased the laptops in UAE and I have the receipt / invoice of the purchase.

 

I checked the warranty status of the laptops for UAE region in the HP website and the warranty status is “Active” in the UAE region.

 

However, when I claimed the warranty through Ensure Services Dubai they said that the warranty claim has been denied by the HP.

 

Please help me repair my laptops in warranty.

Sorry, but we can not be of any assistance in this matter.


We are not permitted to intervene in any warranty dispute between HP and its customers.
