Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am still having video problems. I have checked my settings and I cannot find the problem. Pictures show up but videos only give me a blank and do not run.

Videos use something known as CODECs in order to render video and audio in the PC. There are lots of video file formats and each one needs its own CODEC.  Most folks in Win10 use the default video player and it comes with very few CODECs.  So basically, that is the worst choice for playing videos.

 

A much better choice is this one, which comes with ALL the popular CODECs:  VLC Media Player download
