Pavillion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this was what it was at firstthis was what it was at first

and it got worseand it got worse

So I have an HP Pavillion x360, model m3-u103dx. I had the device on my lap, with earbuds plugged in, and I leaned a bit forward to look at something but I guess my earbuds got in the way somehow? I'm not exactly sure what happened but I did hear a weird noise and when I looked, I saw vertical lines on the left side of my screen. I tried so many ways to fix it but nothing. Is my laptop fixable or will I need to buy a new one :((

Hi @kurisuo

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This looks like a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

Have a great day!
