Hello HP Community,
I am facing this problem since I bought my laptop. A vertical dead zone is on my touch screen and I cannot draw any thing over it. Also different apps like Excel and AutoCAD the touch in that zone is dead.
It is a big problem for me. Please help me in all ways, very depressed for that.
NOTE:
I tried all apps and calibration tools, driver updates, uninstall driver, resetting windows 10, but the problem persists.
Help me please.

Since this problem exists across all the apps you use, this is almost certainly a screen hardware issue -- and there is nothing we here can do to address that.
To have this addressed, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
Since you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center
If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
Good Luck
