HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011dx

Has anyone had any positive results with HP regarding the white vertical ghost lines?  As others, I have updated all drivers and replaced my display.   The lines still appear.  My system is 1 year out of warranty and HP is unable to help me with a solution as it is seen as a hardware and not software related.  Quite disappointed in HP at this moment.

 

Any help or possible solutions to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
