Product: Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
The laptop screen is extremely desaturated and there are vertical and horizontal lines in one half of the screen.
I have tried updating everything. but its still the same.
The desaturated screen sometimes becomes ok on its own and then goes back to the faded state after sometime.

Is that also happening when using an external TFT? If yes maybe only the build in screen is damaged. If not, the graphic card might have some issues...
