I've got this in for replacement of the screen due to the touch getting cracked. The screen I got was of a different make and caused screen corruption which was fixed by changing the refresh rate from 60Hz to40Hz. The biggest problem was that the touch was vertically inverted which I have seen before in these forums. I have now ordered an identically looking one so hope that works. I've now got another one, model 13-ay0008na which also has the same screen.
Why would HP make identical looking laptops with inverted touch and as the touch is inverted in the BIOS, can I simply reflash the BIOS with one for the other type of touch?
