Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (3S9N7AV)

Hi everyone,
I bought a new HP laptop but it seems that the monitor is not running at its maximum refresh rate, which is 144 Hz (the specific model is Victus 16-D003nl, which features a rtx 3060 and a Intel i5 11400h). I tried to change that refresh rate in the Windows 11 Settings, but the only possibilities were 60Hz and 40 Hz. I also tryed updating both the Nvidia and Intel graphics drivers, but with no success.
Thanks in advance for your help  🙂

I can't find its specs but it should be very close to the following machine

Victus by HP Laptop 16-d0003TX       (same machine, different country/region)

which shows it has  40.9 cm (16.1") diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), IPS, micro-edge, anti-glare, 250 nits, 45% NTSC (default 60Hz).  It won't allow you to run higher refresh rate. But please check to see what does it actual see as shown on my machine:
