Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb1002AX

My Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb1002AX is facing Motherboard issue automatically the Technician from Hp told me . As my laptop is under warranty so I claimed it . But now they are saying the issue which you are facing is due to unintentionally damage and does not come under warranty. I sent them a mail saying it is due to internal error or damage and I have nothing to do with it . They are saying we will replace the spare parts but it will cost . As I am a student I don't earn from where I will pay. It's under warranty also. I can't focus on my Studies sometimes I feel like everything is going wrong in my life and I want to end my life because no one is helping me. I came for studies far from my home what I will tell in my home. I don't know please someone help me please.

@Rohit_Tandekar, I understand your concern with the hardware malfunction on you Victus gaming laptop 15-fb1002AX and I know this may seem hard at times, however, we are here to help and we'll do everything in our power to help you out, Please don't take any drastic steps for mere laptop issue, I would suggest you talk to your family and find a solution to your concerns.
