Hello my computer has very high features almost in all fields except my video card (Intel R HD Graphics 620) has a dedicated video memory of 128 MB....This prevents me from playing any game or running any demanding application. In such as high quality product is it normal to have such a low video card memory ?

You can't make any blanket statement for "games"...some actually do require a minimum amount of dedicated memory, and will not run unless they detect it, others do not and will run, but poorly if the video card is not powerful enough. Your problem is solved if you can run the game you want to run, which for some reason you do not want to identify or discuss in any detail. Good luck.

Yes Intel integrated video uses a little bit of dedicated memory and then takes memory as needed from system (regular Windows) memory. it is quite complex, actually. Intel 620 is good video as far as integrated graphics goes but is not going to play any very demanding games. What titles are you trying to play?

I actually visited Can I Run It and typed the game name there. It said many demanding games will work perfectly because games do not use dedicated memory but use video card memory. So i think my problem solved is it right? Games do not use dedicated memory but full memory of 2.8 GB.
