Hi,
I got a New ProBook 650 G4 Notebook at my workplace and when I first turned on my laptop, there were many devices/hardware in "Unknown Devices" Category for which I managed to update/install the drivers for all but one device which still is under "Unknown Devices" and is mentioned as "Video Controller" for which I am unable to get any driver from all possible locations, HP, Intel, Windows Update, etc.
Thi information for which is as follows:
Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_699F&SUBSYS_8416103C&REV_C3\4&1abc9b1f&0&00E4 requires further installation.
Secondly, for the Display Adapter Driver, Intel Graphics UHD 620 was installed automatically but when I am using a Dock, with monitor, I am unable to increase the screen resolution fruther than "1600 x 900" which is not so ideal for me, as the Icons & all display is too large for my liking. May be there is an update or may the current driver is not the accurate one installed as per the PCI device itself and is different than that is actually installed?
Please if anyone can help me out with these 2 issues.

>>> I got a New ProBook 650 G4 Notebook at my workplace and when I first turned on my laptop ...
Your IT Department did not build machines properly. Are you the Admin of your IT Department ? Otherwise talk with them first, they should lock you out.
Because ProBook 650 G4 is a series of many models/products/options, your IT Department should know which options they pick.
Regards.

@banhien
They should lock me out? Why?
Any way, I contacted my service desk team and yet they were unable to provide any solution to my problems/issues.
I would actually appreciate if anyone could help me out on the issues stated by me; specially for the device that is still under "Unknown Devices".

Hi, @safims
Your notebook has the AMD/Intel switchable graphics.
You need the AMD video driver for that device...
This package provides the AMD video drivers and Control Panel for the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted...
