Video Pallette diagnose test came back with failure

HP 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

product number: F9J15UA#ABA

When running the component test -video - color palette through the diagnostic tool by pressing "ESC" when rebooting the laptop I get a failure:

 

 

 

Failure ID 94Q2L4-7728KI-XD7V7G-Q2C803

 

When doing the interactive part it gives the failure message above. That is the color blue!

 

What is wrong?

AMD graphic chip is on die with AMD processor integrated with the board

If that has failed, then you've to go for board replacement. I'll suggest you get it checked by board level technician
