Video Play Pausing Rapidly - Mousepad stops working!!
12-21-2020 02:13 AM

My HP pavilion laptop 14 bf125tx started having a problem in July. Whenever i play a video, be it in a browser or in any player in my PC, the video keep play-pausing rapidly. I have noticed the mousepad also stops working when the reckoning happens.
I ran all kinds of Hardware diagnostic tools, and also changed my harddisk. Still the problem persisted. Then one day a engineer Put the latest version of windows in my PC.
The problem stopped for a month. Now it has started again. Please help as this is really frustrating. No Hardware failure was detected. I also don't use any elexa dot or any other bluetooth device. This problem is also present when running PC in safe mode. I have tried updating the BIOS, chipset..etc. Ran the /scannow in cmd.. but the problem still persist.!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the video play pauses automatically and the touchpad stops working.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the version of Windows installed on your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
