Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have hp probook 4410 and recently upgraded to Windows 10. The drivers for the following devices are not found. 

 

Please advice to provide below drivers:

Video Controller: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A43&SUBSYS_3072103C&REV_07\3&33fd14ca&0&11

Unknown Device: ACPI\HPQ0004\3&33fd14ca&0

Hi:

 

I'm surprised that W10 didn't install the graphics driver automatically.

 

See if installing the W7 Intel graphics driver works for you.

 

This package provides the video drivers and Control Panel for the Intel Chipset in the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

 

You may have to manually install the driver if the auto install method doesn't work.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45280.exe

 

For the unknown device, you need this driver...

 

HP 3D DriveGuard Software
